Budapesar provides a software platform accessible via web browser. The specific features, capabilities, and limitations of the Service may change over time as we develop and improve the platform. Upon cancellation: - Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period - You retain access to paid features until the period ends - No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods Refunds are issued only in cases of critical, persistent, and unresolvable technical failure that prevents you from using the Service entirely. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUDAPESAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Budapesar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination: - Your right to access the Service ceases immediately - We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period (see Privacy Policy) - Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnification) continue to apply You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@yourdomain.com or through account settings.
